The Highlands at Wyomissing is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our hospice clinical operations. You will provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, ensure exceptional patient and family care, and drive quality, compliance, and service excellence within a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities include directing clinical services, budgeting, staff development, regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate patient records while fostering a collaborative, compassionate team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required).
• PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
• Three years of management experience in a hospice or related health care organization (Preferred).
• CPR Certification (Required).

Responsabilités

• Oversee hospice clinical services and direct all direct and indirect patient care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and service excellence across the organization.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Develop orientation, ongoing training, and competency assessments.
• Participate in quality assessment and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and regulatory compliance.
