**Job Profile:**

Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. Utilize your knowledge of home lending products to serve as your customers' main point of contact throughout the loan process. Support from the Home Lending team and adherence to regulatory requirements are integral to your role. As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will be part of a dedicated team helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Coach and mentor the branch team by providing product and service training.
2. Collaborate with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to banking partners for additional services.
3. Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts like direct mail, media ads, cross-sell initiatives, relocation and statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and more.
4. Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, working within formal and informal reporting structures.
5. Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintaining good customer relationships.
6. Use consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with FHA/VA sales.
• Skills in marketing, relationship building, and consulting.
• Intermediate proficiency in PC use in a Windows environment.

**Compensation:**
