Fairygodboss is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout their loan life cycle, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting financial products.

Your role involves coaching team members, collaborating with bankers, and developing strong partnerships to enhance mortgage loan originations. With your extensive knowledge of home lending products, you will significantly impact the customers' journey toward homeownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Strong background in sales within retail banking.
• Ability to build relationships and provide consultative recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team on products and services.
• Work with bankers to meet their customers.
• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of real estate market in local area

3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience

Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate

Tools

Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
