**Job Profile:**

Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. Use your exceptional knowledge of home lending products to serve as your customers' primary contact throughout the loan process, supported by our experienced Home Lending team. As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  1. Coach and mentor the branch team by providing product and service training.
  2. Collaborate with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
  3. Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts such as direct mail, media advertising, cross-selling, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and more.
  4. Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and operate effectively within reporting relationships.
  5. Establish yourself as an internal and external mortgage expert and maintain good customer relationships.
  6. Utilize consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
  • 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • FHA/VA sales experience.
  • Skills in marketing, relationship building, and consulting.
  • Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

This position requires compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, including review of criminal, credit, and other relevant information, with disqualifications for recent felony convictions. Employment is contingent on registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008, including successful registration and ongoing compliance.
