Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team members on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet with customers, introduce new clients, and promote services.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through marketing efforts such as direct mail, media ads, cross-selling, and digital outreach.
• Develop strong partnerships within retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintaining good client relationships, and providing financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• FHA/VA sales experience.
