• 5+ years leadership at director/administrator level in a home health agency.
• 5+ years Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid experience in home health.
• Experience developing referral partnerships and executing growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of home health operations, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of Hillcrest Home Care with 400+ daily census and 75 team members.
• Manage revenue exceeding $10 million annually.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on innovation, excellence, and growth.
• Lead care across home health, hospice, palliative care, rehabilitation, senior living, and non-medical services.
• Mentor interdisciplinary team delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
