Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a senior client in the comfort of their home in Texas. The role emphasizes patient, attentive care that preserves dignity, safety, and daily routines.

The ideal candidate will perform personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping while maintaining a safe, positive environment and reporting observations to the care team. Background screening and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience preferred.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to pass required background screening and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal care and hygiene needs
• Provide toileting and showering assistance as needed
• Prepare simple meals based on the client’s preferences
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities
• Perform light housekeeping and general tidying
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate important observations or changes to the appropriate care team
