Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Client Care Scheduling Manager to create and implement schedules for our senior clients. You will assign caregivers, document visits, and monitor caregiver performance, balancing client needs with caregiver skills and availability.

The role requires strong problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in senior homecare preferred.
• Excellent communication and professionalism at all times.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to multitask and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial and ongoing client and caregiver meetings.
• Staff cases matched by clients'needs, caregivers' skills, experience, availability and personality.
• Schedule, participate, and document home visits; collect client feedback on caregiver performance.
• Collaborate with Wellness Team Supervisor to review Plan of Care and updates as warranted.
• Evaluate client and employee satisfaction to resolve complaints and incidents.
• Recognize and reward good job performance; promote caregiver recognition.
• Escalate disciplinary action to Manager.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Perform on-call evening and weekend duties, as directed.
• Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by management.
