New England Professional Home Health Care in Middleton, MA is seeking a caring Personal Care Homemaker (PCHM) to support seniors at home with daily living tasks and companionship. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and empowering clients to remain independent in familiar surroundings.

You will perform personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility support, and coordination of appointments while maintaining clear communication and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Completed MA 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training or holds PCA/HHA/CNA
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license required
• At least 1 year of personal care experience with background checks
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and oral hygiene
• Aid mobility, transfers and medication reminders
• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing
• Plan nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping and errands
• Coordinate medical appointments and social activities
