The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tax and accounting, CPA/EA certification, and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience with businesses and High Net Worth families.
• CPA or EA certification required.
• Experience in staff supervision and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects from engagement planning to implementation.
• Develop and manage an engagement plan for implementation.
• Coordinate client and tax service line schedules to ensure resources are available for projects.
• Understand and establish priorities.
• Identify resource requirements and assign staffing consultants to projects.
• Monitor performance of project tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare and send weekly status reports to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with peers to exceed client expectations.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
