Job summary

SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C. is seeking an experienced HNW/Trust & Estates Manager to partner with business owners and families across the US, guiding tax planning and implementation.

You will work directly with clients and collaborate with internal leadership to manage relationships and project delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tax and accounting, CPA or EA certification, and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax and accounting with businesses and HNW families
• CPA or EA certification required
• Staff supervision and training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects from engagement planning to implementation
• Develop and manage engagement plans for tax services
• Coordinate client and team schedules to ensure resources
• Identify priorities and staffing needs
• Monitor performance of project tasks
• Prepare and send weekly status reports
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Support business development and client solicitation
