Job summary

Claritev seeks an experienced FSI Consultant to enable seamless data exchange between Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) and third-party systems. You will design, build, and optimize HL7 interfaces, ensuring secure, reliable interoperability across clinical and operational workflows.

Work closely with Integration Architects, client IT teams, and vendors to deliver interface solutions. Travel to client facilities as needed to support implementations, go-live, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) HL7 interface design, development, testing, and support.
• Strong HL7 messaging and interface troubleshooting skills.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting interfaces between Oracle Health and third-party systems.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving interface errors, transmission failures, and mapping discrepancies.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize HL7 interfaces to enable accurate and reliable data exchange between Oracle Health and external systems.
• Develop and maintain interface mappings, translation rules, and routing configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HL7 messaging errors, transmission failures, and mapping discrepancies to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Integration Architects, application consultants, client IT teams, and external vendors to deliver interface solutions.
• Lead interface testing and validation activities (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure interoperability.
• Support implementation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Contribute to revenue cycle EDI integrations (837, 835) and FHIR/API-based integrations as required.
• Establish and maintain technical documentation, interface specs, mapping standards, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
