Zenara Health seeks a Senior Security & Compliance Lead to establish and own its healthcare security program. You will set HIPAA-related controls, verify their effectiveness, and lead responses to customer security reviews in collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Platform Engineer.

You will drive risk priorities, define technical safeguards, and guide engineers to implement and verify controls, ensuring practical, lasting security as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Senior-level healthcare security experience, including HIPAA expertise.
• Ability to translate risks into concrete, auditable controls.
• Hands-on security knowledge across cloud infrastructure and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Own security and compliance roadmap, prioritizing remediation and evidence.
• Review HIPAA policies, access controls, and vendor/AI tool risk with engineers.
• Lead responses to customer security questionnaires and audits.
