Knit Health is building a security-first foundation for healthcare AI, seeking a hands-on security leader to shape strategy and drive compliance. You will partner with executives, engineers, and auditors to define controls, gather evidence, and ensure trust with health systems and customers.

You will directly own HIPAA program aspects, oversee SOC 2 Type II readiness, and guide a growing security posture as the company scales.

Formación

• Experience as a senior security leader in healthcare tech or health data.
• Direct ownership of HIPAA programs and SOC 2 Type II or equivalent audits.
• Strong cloud security knowledge across AWS/Azure/GCP and common SaaS tooling.
• Experience representing security to customers, auditors, or partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating risk for leadership and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own security strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Represent security in customer engagements, audits, and diligence calls.
• Build a security-aware engineering culture with secure coding guidance.
• Advise leadership on security risk, incident response readiness, and compliance posture.
• Lead the evaluation and execution of controls, policies, and audit evidence.
