Centene Corporation is seeking a Compliance professional to support its regulatory program across health plans and corporate functions. This role focuses on interpreting regulations, producing reports, and leading audits and trainings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a legal field, 3+ years in compliance or regulatory affairs, and knowledge of HIPAA. The position offers flexible remote work with preference for Missouri or PA residents. Actual pay reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related legal field or equivalent experience.
• Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in HIPAA and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to external requests for information required by regulatory filings.
• Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Manage ethics and compliance projects or implementations.
• Review regulatory requirements and create policy and/or position statements.
• Assist in identifying, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues.
• Perform periodic compliance audits, risk assessments and related monitoring activities.
