Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a compliance professional to help maintain and improve its comprehensive compliance program across regulatory and privacy frameworks. The role involves interpreting requirements, producing reporting, and leading audits and monitoring initiatives.

The candidate should have 3+ years in compliance privacy or regulatory affairs, with HIPAA experience and a background in project management. Remote-friendly; travel to partner sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related legal field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Centene Corporation’s Compliance Program.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and compliance reporting.
• Manage compliance audits and monitoring strategies.
• Respond to external information requests for regulatory filings.
• Coordinate training programs and annual attestations.
• Communicate regulatory requirements to internal and external clients.
• Review regulatory documentation to maintain corporate standards.
• Support health plans in managing relationships with regulatory agencies.
