Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of transportation PM experience, including planning, design and delivery.
• Registered Civil Engineer in CA or AZ; Caltrans/local agency experience a plus.
• Proficiency with project management software and Earned-Value tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of highway and roadway projects.
• Engage clients, agencies, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Provide technical QA and ensure Caltrans/AASHTO/PS&E compliance.
• Support business development and client presentations.
• Drive innovation, digital tools, and industry best practices.
• Lead change and risk management to secure project success.
