AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Highway Project Manager for our Orlando or Tampa, FL office. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate client relations to deliver complex highway projects.

Responsibilities include contract negotiations, subcontractor oversight, and growth through new opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Florida PE license, 12+ years in project production and technical roles (4+ years PM), and proven FDOT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 12+ years of project production and technical experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager.
• FDOT District experience locally is required.
• PE License in Florida is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams using technical and PM skills.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control project tasks including budgets and marketing support.
• Mentor and train team members and manage client relations.
