DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION in Arizona seeks a Highway Operations Technician 4 for the Roosevelt Maintenance facility (Roosevelt, AZ 85545). The role requires internal ADOT applicants, performs high-level highway operations duties, and supports crew oversight, scheduling, and safety compliance.

• Experience equivalent to Highway Operations Tech 1–3.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Operates and trains others on vehicles and equipment; inspects and documents status.
• Performs skilled roadway maintenance tasks and assists with unit budgets and work plans.
• Processes reports, assists with annual plans and budgeting, and coordinates resources.
