  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DOT and agency clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Oversee design development for roadway and multimodal projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality, on-time results.
  • Execute QA/QC processes across all project deliverables.
  • Support and contribute to proposals, scope development, and project pursuit efforts.
  • Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective design solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including agencies and community members, to communicate project goals and progress.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance on both technical work and project delivery.

As an employee-owned firm, we offer a total rewards package designed to support your health, growth, and long‑term financial success—while ensuring you share in the value you help create.

  • $100,000 to $130,000 base pay (DOE)

  • Paid parental leave and volunteer time off.
  • Six paid company holidays.
  • Two floating personal holidays for events that are important in your life.
  • 401(k) matching program.
  • AD&D Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance paid by the company.
