Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Highway Engineer in New Jersey with 8-15+ years in civil consulting. The role requires a PE license in NJ, a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and a track record managing highway design, transportation studies, and municipal projects.

You will lead design teams, ensure quality control, manage contracts and budgets, and collaborate with NJDOT and local agencies. US citizens or Green Card holders only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in NJ.
• 10+ years as highway engineer in a consulting firm.
• 5+ years on NJDOT projects.
• Experience with design, transportation studies, and county/municipal projects.
• Experience with highway QC, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design projects for public sector clients.
• Coordinate with NJDOT, counties, and municipalities.
• Oversee quality control, budgets, and meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relations.
