• EIT or P.E. certification in Connecticut is mandatory.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-25+ years’ experience working as a Highway/Roadway DesignEngineer for a Consulting Firm.
• EIT or P.E. in CT.
• Experience with Inroads, CAD, and/or microstation.
• 5+ years of experience working on CTDOT projects.
• Experience with design, transportation studies, and county and municipal projects.
• Experience with highway quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings.
