This position will play a key role in performing highway design, developing contract plans and documents, and mentoring junior staff. The role involves collaboration across multiple service areas, assisting with business development, project pursuits, and coordinating projects with clients.
Responsibilities:
The position is based in BETA’s Hartford office, with flexibility to work from other locations. A hybrid work schedule is available, allowing remote work up to 2 days per week.
