Job summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality transportation solutions for public clients and private partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
• Georgia PE licensure.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring staff.
• Experience reviewing others' work for technical accuracy.
• Experience implementing new services, processes, standards, and/or plans with high impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway and interchange design projects, delivering high-quality transportation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to senior and junior staff and review work for accuracy.
• Collaborate with agencies and clients to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
