Qualifications

• Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program and 15 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional engineer in good standing.
• Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
• Proficient in production software and construction document production.
• Strong decision-making background with significant organizational impact.
• Recognized as a thought leader with experience leading multiple disciplines and technical decision-making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including senior leadership communication.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, team members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project elements and processes to meet client needs.
• Coordinate preparation of bids and champion client relationships.
• Oversee contract performance through planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables.
• Lead major projects with complex elements and broad scope, coordinating with project management.
• Present technical and design solutions directly to clients.
