The role requires 8–10 years of highway construction experience, PE or CCM preferred, and a BS in Civil Engineering or related field. You will coordinate with design, traffic, environmental, and field teams to meet contract schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in highway construction projects.
• Knowledge of roadway, structure, traffic engineering, construction methods, plans and contracts.
• Familiarity with specifications and standards (e.g., VDOT guidelines).

Responsabilités

• Manage elements of a construction project under Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure contractor compliance with plans and contract documents.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality assurance testing.
• Prepare technical and administrative correspondence.
• Lead project staff and coordinate with design, environmental, and traffic teams.
