Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with academic institutions on graduate admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
• Coordinate and manage academic program activities, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and Garrett Group objectives.
• Support development, review, and refinement of lesson plans and curriculum materials.
• Conduct analysis and continuous improvement of educational programs using appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Assess course and program effectiveness through structured evaluation techniques and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain effective communication channels with university administrative offices and academic departments.
