Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one state (DC licensure not required).
- Experience with and/or fluency in legal issues relevant to higher education.
- Ability to analyze complex policy and deliver high-quality written work.
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers NACUA CLE programming and online courses.
- Monitors legal trends affecting higher education and drafts CLE materials.
- Curates online legal resources and publications.
- Collaborates with external organizations on NACUA issues of interest to members.
- Travels to NACUA meetings and conferences as needed.
