Job summary

You will contribute to product development from concept through production and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize receiver performance. The role requires 8+ years in electronics or device development, experience with photodiodes, TIAs, optical receivers, RF components, and device/circuit simulation.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics required.
- 8+ years in electronics or device development.
- Experience with high-speed optoelectronics devices and testing.
- Proficient in device and circuit simulation tools.
- Hands-on laboratory work and product development experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and test high-speed optoelectronics devices.
- Contribute to product development from concept through production.
- Participate in design reviews and technical problem solving.
- Support manufacturing, sustaining engineering, and field investigations.
- Collaborate on designs of high-speed photodiodes (>100 GHz).
- Carry out simulations and develop models to predict performance.
- Travel up to 10% for work across facilities and suppliers.
