Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead out-of-the-ground high-rise construction in South Florida, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with design, permitting, procurement and construction teams, lead subcontractors, manage risk and maintain clear communication across the project lifecycle. The role requires a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with 8 years of high-rise experience, strong knowledge of façade systems, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• 8 years of relevant high-rise construction experience or equivalent.
• Experience with façade systems and curtain walls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade/curtain wall procurement and installation planning, including testing, mockups, and weatherproofing sequencing.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities; lead subcontractor teams; manage risk and communication.
• Build cash flow forecasts, risk registers, procurement timelines, and change management procedures.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation, shoring, dewatering, and utility relocations; coordinate foundations and inspections.
• Manage vertical structure delivery (reinforced concrete/steel, post-tension slabs, core walls) and concrete pours.
• Coordinate unit finishes and common areas, manage punch lists, FF&E, and turnover sequencing with inspections and regulatory approvals.
