Responsibilities

• Plan and implement construction means/methods for residential high-rise projects in Chicagoland.
• Select field site personnel and monitor costs and productivity.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment on site.
• Develop and execute the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervise and mentor field personnel; emphasize Walsh Safety and Quality.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and project close-out activities.
