Job summary

Engineers and Constructors International Inc. is seeking a Sr Process Technology Engineer with a focus on high-pressure processing.

You will serve as the primary technical resource for HPP and reactor systems, partnering with Operations, R&D, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to enhance manufacturing performance and guide technology transfer. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 7+ years of progressive experience in chemical manufacturing, and hands-on HPP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, modifying, or scaling high-pressure reactor systems is required.
• Experience scaling chemical processes from lab or pilot to commercial manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital equipment and process improvement projects.
• Experience in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering resource for high-pressure processing and reactor systems, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.
• Lead technology transfer, scale-up, parameter optimization, validation, and commercialization efforts.
• Lead reactor-related capital and engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• Support quality system requirements within ISO 13485 and manage documentation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain and Engineering to resolve challenges.
