Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS.
• Experience with ADC/DAC design and building blocks like bandgap reference, op-amp, comparators, PLL/DLL.
• Track record of taking designs to production.
• Experience evaluating silicon on bench with standard lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of transistor‑level circuit design including noise and mismatch analysis.
• Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling and digital control synthesis.
• Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre and/or HSPICE.
• EM/ESD design considerations in submicron CMOS processes.
• Familiar with layout parasitic extraction tools and layout dependent impairments.

Responsibilities

• Lead transistor‑level design from specification to layout supervision.
• Oversee silicon evaluation and characterization before market introduction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across locations to ensure successful product launch.
