Qualifications

• Prior experience with high-end custom cabinetry.
• Proven experience in cabinet assembly or a carpentry-related role, minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with various woods, finishes, and hardware used in custom cabinetry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom cabinets according to detailed specifications, including cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and design sketches to accurately assemble cabinetry to customer design requirements.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Install hardware such as hinges and drawer guides.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure cabinets meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure all assembled pieces are properly packaged for shipment or installation.
• Troubleshoot issues or defects during assembly and resolve with the team.
