Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation planning and execution of health information exchange (HIE) projects. The role includes coordinating agile teams and vendor engagement while guiding training for new hires on the implementation process.

The position reports to the Director of PMO and collaborates with Product Development, Technical Integration, and Operations. Based in Phoenix/Arizona with optional remote work and flexible location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare IT/HIE implementations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning and execution of Contexture HIEs.
• Coordinate agile and vendor activities across multiple teams.
• Train new hires on implementation processes and tools.
• Manage internal, community, and vendor relationships including scope, status, and risks.
• Develop and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
