Job summary
A leading diagnostic pathology organization is seeking an Enterprise Director of Hematopathology to provide strategic oversight and leadership for a multi-site hematopathology organization. This role involves driving diagnostic excellence, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring collaboration among laboratory teams. The ideal candidate must have an M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in pathology and significant experience in hematopathology, along with active medical licenses in relevant states. This is an on-site position located in Texas.
Qualifications
At least eight years of attending level, post-fellowship experience in hematopathology.
Experience or fellowship training in FISH, cytogenetics, and/or molecular diagnostic studies preferred.
Active medical license eligibility in CA, FL, and NY required.
Responsibilities
Provide enterprise leadership for hematopathology services across all sites.
Drive diagnostic excellence across morphology and flow cytometry reporting.
Ensure effective communication between medical staff and lab personnel.
