Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Construction Supervisor to oversee and direct field activities across multiple crafts in Kentucky. You will guide crews, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires deep craft expertise, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams through complex construction activities on large projects.

Qualifications

• Craft certification and extensive field supervision experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients and vendors.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn local statutes and guidelines.
• 13+ years of related craft supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work activities for assigned crafts to meet schedules.
• Approve coordination of craft personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Support project management with proper means and methods.
• Analyze problems and make recommended actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
