Fluor Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field construction activities across multiple crafts, ensuring alignment with plans, schedules, and cost estimates. The role requires coordinating diverse teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

The position emphasizes strong technical knowledge, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Craft certification and fifteen years of related experience in supervision.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Strong job-related technical knowledge for assigned construction activities.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work activities of all involved crafts to align with engineering deliverables and materials.
• Authorize coordination of craft personnel, materials, and equipment to meet schedules and establish crew organization.
• Support project management with planning and means/methods for construction activities.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems, and recommend actions.
• Adhere to Fluor Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
