P.J. Keating Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Highway Construction Project Superintendent in Massachusetts.

This role oversees heavy highway contracts, plans, schedules, directs, and coordinates project activities to meet time frames and funding parameters, with flexibility for day/night shifts and location changes. You will manage safety, quality, cost reporting, subcontractors, and field teams; develop schedules; track daily costs; and communicate with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Safety compliance for crews and public per MUTCD/OSHA standards.
• Supervision of all workers including subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and communicate project schedules to customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring quality control plan and company quality standards are met.
• Responsible for P&L on projects.
• Maintain daily reports and daily progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise heavy highway construction contracts and related activities.
• Plan, schedule, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals within time frames and funding parameters.
• Adapt to day/night shifts and changing location requirements.
• Manage safety, quality, cost reporting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams about status and payments.
• Assist in estimating and bidding processes when needed.
