Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years heavy equipment operating experience.
• Willing to do laborer work.
• Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., backhoe, excavator, dozer, loader) to prepare and grade sites.
• Attach and adjust implements, monitor gauges, and follow grade markings to meet specs.
• Load, move, and grade dirt, rocks, and debris in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues to supervisors.
