Jamco Excavators LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to perform daily earthmoving and site construction tasks from project initiation through completion. You will work closely with site superintendents to keep operations safe, efficient, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in civil construction, utility work, or heavy site development.
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of trade-related vocational training.
• In-depth knowledge of general civil construction practices, heavy machinery operation, and site utility layout.
• Basic computer skills for digital project coordination, time reporting, and field communication.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to work collaboratively on site.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment to support earthmoving and site construction daily.
• Coordinate daily building processes with the General Foreman and Site Superintendent.
• Monitor site conditions and enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Review activities against budgets and notify leadership of cost impacts.
• Collaborate professionally with crew, subcontractors, and project leaders.
