Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil, utility, or industrial construction.
• HS diploma or GED; vocational program completion.
• Active OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Basic computer skills for time reporting and coordination.
• Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of civil construction practices and site utilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily civil, utility, and treatment plant construction activities.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent, PMs, and crews to complete projects.
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability on site.
• Identify and report unforeseen cost impacts to leadership.
• Enforce and maintain a strict site safety plan.
