Responsibilities
Operate excavators, dozers, motor graders, and loaders.
Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and material placement.
Follow grade stakes, plans, and supervisor direction.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Maintain safe operations around ground personnel and other equipment.
Support additional equipment or site tasks as needed.
Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
Skills
Operating multiple types of heavy earthmoving equipment
Knowledge of heavy civil construction practices and job site safety
Dependability
Strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to cross-train on additional equipment or tasks
Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
Education
