Velocity Vehicle Group in Fontana, CA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for our heavy‑duty truck customers. You will partner with technicians and use our ticketing system to deliver timely, accurate solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience diagnosing heavy trucks (Daimler OEM preferred), strong communication, multi‑tasking ability, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years diagnosing heavy duty trucks, preferably Daimler OEM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong customer support skills.
• Strong computer and system knowledge; experience with a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and complete records for technical support resolutions in VVG's ticketing system.
• Develop rapport with staff to tailor hands-on support to their technical skills.
• Maintain ethical and professional behavior in dealings with users and colleagues.
