Job summary

Reytec Construction Resources Inc. seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead underground utilities, road paving, and site development projects in Corpus Christi, TX. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Candidate will coordinate with clients, engineers, and agencies, manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation, and lead field teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage change orders and RFIs.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of heavy civil projects including utilities and road paving.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies for compliance.
• Lead project teams including superintendents and field crews.
• Monitor progress, conduct site visits, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and quality through compliance programs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks affecting performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
• Manage project documentation and change orders.
