Casella Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Heavy Construction Laborer to join our Heavy Civil Construction team in Vermont locations.

The role requires at least 7 years in heavy civil construction, including 3 years in pipefitting, with leadership responsibilities on site. You will install valves and pipes, maintain safety standards, guide junior workers, and perform grade work and backfill while supporting project deadlines across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Perform pipefitting tasks, including installation of valves and pipes.
• Execute construction grades and backfill techniques.
• Guide other laborers on tasks and equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Spreads gravel, asphalt, and other materials.
• Installs water and/or sewer lines as assigned.
• Lead and motivate construction team on site.
• Troubleshoot pipe installations and grades.
• Provide training to junior laborers.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
