Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex capital projects in Vancouver, WA. You will lead pre-construction activities, align contract documents with the field, and drive safety, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes for projects ranging up to $199 million.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Con managing construction projects.
• Four year construction related degree or equivalent.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Transition projects from estimating to field, reviewing contracts and schedules.
• Close out requirements and manage warranty callbacks.
• Coordinate means and methods with the Project Superintendent and monitor resources.
• Establish professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Responsible for project success including safety, schedule, profitability and quality.
• Manage billings and ensure timely payment applications.
