W3Global seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator to join the estimating team under the Chief Estimator. You will compile thorough base estimates for public works projects, build crew-based cost models in HCSS HeavyBid, and develop CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for bid feasibility.

You will perform quantity takeoffs, organize subcontractor quotes, and assist with bid closings. Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and bid processes is essential.

Formación

• Experience estimating heavy civil, public works, earthwork, underground utilities, or roadway projects.
• Knowledge of DOT, municipal, and agency specs and formal bidding workflows.
• Ability to develop baseline CPM schedules and logic networks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare full base estimates for public works, heavy civil, earthwork, and utilities.
• Build crew-based cost models in HCSS HeavyBid with labor crews, equipment, quotes.
• Perform digital quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Solicit and organize vendor/subcontractor quotes to cover all scopes.
• Assist Chief Estimator during bid closings with scope comparisons.
