Job summary

Carvana is hiring Experienced Heavy Body Technicians to join our team of autobody professionals. You will train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including plastic welding, metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repairs, and stud welding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to train other autobody technicians.
• Experience with heavy bodywork on multiple panels (roof/rocker, Bondo, etc.).
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels.
• Perform heavy plastic welding/stapling, roof and rocker panel repairs, and stud welding.
• Support high‑volume reconditioning across Carvana locations.
