Careermine is seeking a Process Operations Supervisor (Heap Leach) for the Carlin, NV operation. You will supervise and develop the process operations crew alongside the Heap Leach team to optimize production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in process operations, preferably mining or heavy industry.
• Previous leadership or crew supervisory experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Experience leading safety meetings and coordinating daily activities.
• Proficiency with computer-based business systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, support, and develop process operations crews.
• Provide training and mentoring for operators.
• Develop a safe, productive, high-performing crew with site team cooperation.
• Conduct individual employee evaluations.
• Update employee training records and status upgrades.
• Establish and refine operating strategies and procedures to optimize equipment use.
• Perform SAP duties including: OTL, MSS, work requests, and work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
